Why I Trust Foreign Agents More Than the State

In an opinion editorial in The Moscow Times, political analyst, Georgy Bovt, says that if the Kremlin thinks that it can stigmatise NGOs by arbitrarily labelling them "foreign agents," it is dead wrong. If NGOs help to disseminate the truth about election fraud, corruption and other abuses, Russians will always have more faith and trust in these "foreign agents" than they will in the government.
