Putin 2.0: Any Different for Investors?

In a commentary in The Financial Times journalist Stefan Wagstyl asks the question: will Vladimir Putin 2.0 be any different for investors? The article says that Putin must pursue economic reform, including market liberalisation, privatisation, reducing red tape and fighting corruption. Otherwise Russia cannot generate the economic growth needed to transform itself into a fully-functioning modern society. There is plenty Putin can do quite quickly to show that he means business, but this does not necessarily mean that he will.
